The fine print, in plain language

By using Ufit you agree to use the service lawfully and for your own personal, non-commercial fitness journey. Plans, programs, and recommendations are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ufit and its operators are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its content.

You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the information you give us. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

To build your plan we collect and process information you provide — including health-related data such as your age, body metrics, activity level, injuries, conditions, and goals. We use it only to personalize your coaching, generate your programs and meal plans, and operate the service.

Health information you share can include your physical-readiness answers (PAR-Q), weigh-ins and progress photos, and any bloodwork results you choose to upload. You are never required to upload medical documents to use Ufit.

If you use the Ufit mobile app and turn on notifications, we store a device push token so we can send you workout reminders and coach updates. You can turn notifications off in your device settings at any time; we stop using the token when it is revoked.

You can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account removes your personal and health data from the running service; residual copies in encrypted backups expire on a rolling basis. You consent to this processing of your personal and health data for these purposes. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your health data with advertisers.

Ufit provides general fitness, nutrition, and wellness information for educational purposes. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for the advice of a physician or other qualified health professional. Ufit does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

Consult your physician before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, have a chronic condition, take medication, or have any concerns about your health. Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, dizziness, faintness, or pain. You participate at your own risk and assume responsibility for your own health decisions.

Your coach is an AI persona — software trained on expert fitness and nutrition content. It is not a real human, and it is not a licensed doctor, dietitian, therapist, or trainer. Conversations (including voice calls) are generated by AI.

AI can make mistakes or give incomplete information. Use your judgement, and bring anything medical to a qualified professional. For a real emergency, call your local emergency number — the AI coach cannot help in a crisis.

Ufit is a single membership: $24.97 per month, charged today when you start, with no free trial. Your membership automatically renews every month at $24.97 and will keep renewing until you cancel. If you add the optional UFit Store Pass at checkout ($25 per month, which includes $30 in monthly UFit store credit), it is billed and renews together with your membership — $49.97 per month total — until you cancel or remove it.

Cancel anytime from your billing page (or by emailing us). Cancelling stops all future charges and keeps your access through the end of the month you already paid for.

Refunds. Because you can cancel at any time to prevent the next charge, the current month’s membership is non-refundable except where a refund is required by law. If you think you were charged in error, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Store credit. Each month your membership bill is paid, you may receive a $25 Ufit store credit to use in our shop. Store credit is earned only on recurring membership bills (not one-off shop purchases), is capped at 3 active credits at a time, and each credit expires 90 days after it is issued. Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
